Sabha: Founded in 1930, the Shakespeare Sabha is the multilingual dramatics society of St. Stephen’s College. We seek to incorporate the diverse languages and cultures of the many regions of India in our productions. The Shakespeare Sabha also promotes theatre across various platforms – street plays, traditional theatre on stage as well as experimental open-air theatre. In the recent past, the Shakespeare Sabha has staged several plays that have been much appreciated by the audience.
